gears for a blower?

For a centri application, I would recommed running 4.10's. They will get you into boost quicker since centris to not start building boost till 2800-3000 rpm. [4.10's and a paxton=tons of fun ] For a twin screw, I would run 3.73's to 4.10's. Crazy torque is always a lot of fun too. Feel free to call us if you are stumped on which rought to go.

Gears with a centri are to get the car into boost (at higher rpm) faster. For the price of a centri + gears (plus install for the gears), I'd rather pay just a little more (possibly less instead of more) adn have a twin screw with stock gears.

im doing all the work myself so i wont be paying for any installs, im just looking for something different because everyone around here (including my dad and uncle) have either a whipple, saleen, or e-force. that and i cant stand the wine of a whipple i mean its cool for about the 1st 20 pulls but after that it kinda gets old lol just IMO.

Thanks. Well you said you know people with E-Force's. But I'll just add, I just about never hear my E-Force. Under certain weather conditions, I barely hear it whine. Usually it sounds like a N/A car inside and out.

I can understand why you want a centri. When (if) I decided to put a blower on my 2010 it will most likely be the Paxton H.O. unit from Brenspeed. I want to keep the strut tower brace (hey it looks cool) and I think the centris are better for a daily driver. They are not any harder on the engine or use any more fuel really until you are in the throttle and up in the revs. So they are great for a daily driver application. And they make plenty of power, can get the car into the 11's, so what more do you really need......
