Hi i just got an off road x pipe for my 2008 GT and was wondering what would be the best sounding axleback. I tried flowmasters american thunders and SLP loudmouths but I didnt like how they sound. Any suggestions?


PS my Flowmasters and SLP loudmouths are for sale they were barely used. Still pretty much brand new with a good price. PM me for more info, thanks

Borla exhaust sounds amazing.. they are kinda pricey but a real deep agressive tone... sound mean.

Ive got Borla S-types on mine and it sounds great. I looked into flowmaster but instead bought my cousins borlas with maybe 10k on them.

Youtube is your friend. "Best sounding" is entirely subjective, so check out Youtube or go to local meets and hear what other people have and whether or not you like it. A friend of mine has the Pypes axleback, they sound pretty good. I prefer the full catback though.

Borla or Pypes Mid Muffler. With o/r x, Flows sound like tin cans and SLP's wake the dead.

I have Magnaflow Magnapacks with an X pipe, and it sounds awesome.
