I set my jack stands in the notches under the doors. Hammeron, think you had enough light under there? Did you get a tan while working on your car? LOL

Doesn't the jack stand saddle push against the plastic rocker panel?

lol! for me nothing is more annoying than
not having enough light. there's just never enough
light, when and where you need it!

thumbs up Hammer!
How bout cleaning those rockers...
Thats what the occasional passer by sees, not the belly....
Unless you plan on occasionally flipping her and want the
belly to be clean for the tow truck driver?

And turn them front jackstands 90 degrees from where they now are.

if i cleaned the rockers, they would get wet
and dirty on the very next drive....so no
washy for the rockers until spring. :-)

i've played with turning the stands 90* and i
just don't like the way they interface with
the frame rails.....if the "C" cup was wider, the
frame rail might sit nicely inside it and i
certainly would be happy to do it that way.....

I like the turned aluminum spud that locks my jack to the subframe.
