Default jba headers o2 sensor

I was wondering if I run a supercharger on my car with the jba headers, will having the o2 sensor so far down stream affect anything? My car does once in a while throw a code because of the o2 sensors. Also, when I got the headers installed, they cut into my wiring for the o2 sensors to extended them, will that hurt anything? I have been driving the car for 2 years like this, I just don't want to kill my engine after supercharging it. thanks.

you can get bbk o2 ext. from jegs, that is what i use and they are long enough, also, don't know what tune you have, but i had a code problem with my previous o2's, but once i got the bama tune i have never had a code thrown in over a year

If the wiring was spliced properly, soldered and sealed good, you'll have no problems.
But, if they simply cut and twisted the wires together, you could have issues.

I extended my rear o2 sensors by cutting and splicing in wire, making them much longer. For the rear sensors, it made more sense, since those tend to not go out as soon as the front ones. Sure, most people just turn the rears off or delete them altogether, which you can't do in places where emissions inspections are done.

A tune adjustment should resolve your front O2 issues.

Thats what I am wondering, they taped it up nice. I think they read right, the only code I ever get is that P0152 I think it is. But that only happens maybe 3-4 times a year. I just want to make sure they are ok before I start throwing boost at it.
