I just installed a tci streetfighter. It shifts through park to 3rd fine but a little off when shifting to 2nd and 1st. When I disconnect the shifter cable from the shifter the streetfighter unit works perfect. I believe I need to make an adjustment to the shift cable but I cant figure out how to move the shift cables lock tab. Thanks for any help.

 

I also had the same problem they sent me a new unit if the lights come on the shifter your adjustment is off you put it in 3rd gear then center the plastic adjustment to match the shifter look at the plastic piece one of the pieces pops up then you slide the whole thing to where you want then snap the piece back down to lock it in
