I do recall someone on either here or another site saying they were getting around 426 hp n/a. They had listed their mods. I wish I could find it. There was a topic dedicated to that. It's been a while.

I think that Mike Castaldo is running the big bore Livernois block. I want one so bad....do you guys think they sell that block with a lower compression than 10:8 to 1 as posted on the Lovernois site?

Not on stock tires. You need at least drag radials. I run M/T bias plys at the strip. I don't race on the street.

Ask the guy who's car blew up on JDM's dyno at 360whp how reliable it is.

I've never once read about an engine 'sploding around here because of an intake, exhaust, and email tune.

I think i'll end up going FI eventually. I'll start getting the right supporting mods first. Probably start with a tune,LT and then from there move onto suspension and brakes. I don't think I would want a 450+whp vehicle with stock suspension and brakes.

Yep, could very well be for an N/A.... But normally, I would think that the 426 HP would be at the flywheel and not RWHP. The 426 HP would convert to aproximately 360 HP at the rear wheels which is quite achievable with the GT 3V.

^ Since its the same 4.6 3v as the 05 09 I would not go over 460rwhp with FI over that your running on bought time till you start runnin into problems....you want more then that I would look into forged internals better clutch and tranny!
