Default GT500 Spoiler on a GT

I am currently considering buying a GT500 spoiler for my 2007 GT. I know that the GT spoiler has 4 bolts, and the GT500 spoiler has 2. My only question is, do I need to drill new holes for the GT500 spoiler, or can I just use the existing holes? Thanks for the help.

Existing holes but only 2 of them.
The other unused holes are covered by the GT500
spoiler but need to be made watertight with something
like a piece of 3M acrylic emblem tape.

^ what he said... I had a little excess tape, so I just put 2 small pieces over the holes from the underside of the trunk. It has worked great for a year now. No water in the trunk and the spoiler looks great. Buy it from the spoiler store on ebay. I believe it was $115 shipped and painted.
