Need guidance
Guys I am Paul and live near London UK.
I have always played with American cars and am part of a nitrol funny car team here in the UK.
Approaching 50 and time to throw away boring Euro cars and buy a mustang .
Here is where I need help.
UK imported Mustangs through specialist dealers are very expensive so I will come to States and import one myself getting it then approved for use in UK.
However I am not sure of model designation , choices etc.
I want a 2007 or so car and definitely the V8. Could someone please point me to a web site where I can see all the different models - has to be automatic as I hate stick shift cars !!. What engines are available and are there any problems to look out for .
Appreciate this is a very long piece of string type of email but any help appreciated
Kind regards
Paul

Yup just look for a GT. There are two interior styles too. Premium being the top and deluxe being the lesser. As a deluxe owner, nothing real deluxe about it! LOL
I have an auto myself and love it, but you gotta get a new tune/cai combo for it from a respected tuner. Mine was from Brenspeed.
Good luck hunting!

For specs, model and option info I'd suggest the Ford website, edmunds and kelly blue book. The only V8 engine options are the 4.6L in the GT and the 5.4L in the GT500. With the 2011's coming out soon (GT's with 5.0L @ 412 HP), you might be a bit early on getting a crushing deal on an '07 or '08 but it's possible.
