Default Poll: Cats or NO Cats with longtubes and H pipe

Ok, I ordered my Pypes longtubes with an H pipe. I also orderd some high flow cats. My question is, should I install with cats or install without. For you guys whom have longtubes, no cats with an H pipe how are you enjoying it? I have read the x pipe is raspy without cats but the H pipe doesnt seem so raspy. Is this true? I watched Timmbo's vid and his car sounds so good I want to go catless now. How will the cats change the sound? I could install without, then see how much I like or dont like. Down side of that is my friends helping on the install might get tired of wrenching on my car. LOL

FYI, no emission testing here so thats not a concern. Car came with spin tech mufflers and x pipe when I bought it used. It has a nice deep tone now. It does drone at 2k ish. I am guessing the LT's and H pipe with the spin tech mufflers are gonna be loud.

Emissions are not a concern?

What do YOU breathe? Same stuff our childred do, right?

I'm not a tree hugger, but is a couple HP worth it?

Hawaii is one of the more socialist of the 50 states. I doubt they have no emissions testing there. True, islands have great air circulation and constant breezes that inland places do not, but the tree hugers there will have something to say about that. Before you ask us you should really look in to local regulations.

Loudnlow, yea you can say that cause you live in your own private Idaho (couldn't resist )

22 years living here, we have no emission testing. They are more concerned that your tint is too dark.......living in the tropics God forbid you try to stay out of the sun while driving! Thats the rule that pisses me off.

As far as cats, every other honda is runnning catless on this island. They could have filmed Fast N Furious here tuner cars are so popular. My truck has been catless for 5 years and its really loud. Not sure if I want the stang Nascar loud. I am hoping guys with LT's, H pipe and cats chime in.

the pypes setup is stupid, I cant get mine to fit right. I'm about to rip it off and try something else. The wife is going to love that.

I understand your frustration, but the Long tube headers with matching H pipe setup is completly different than just buying their midpipe setup which bolts to the stock manifolds.

Kooks LT without cats FTW. LTs + off-road H + no mufflers + cams =
