Exclamation SCT X3 Question. I hope I did not goof up!

I re-loaded my custom tune this morning because I was having some troubles.
(This is a different issue from my other post)

When I did... part of it said "saving" like it was saving the tune that was in the car at the moment.
Why the heck did it do that?

Did it think that the tune in my car at that moment (the Brenspeed tune), was my stock tune and program over the stock tune in the tuner?
Was I supposed to load my stock tune back to the car before re loading the new tune?

Did I loose my stock tune that was stored on the tuner the first time I use it?

And one more thing... In the Breenspeed tutorial when you first use the tuner the only two options on it were adjust options or skip options before you loaded the tune. Why did mine have a third one that said "keep previous options'?
It had this the FIRST time I used it too.

Like I said in the tutorial video the only two options on the tuner menu are "adjust options" and "skip options"
