I've always used the brake booster vacuum line. Theres a part you can get at autozone for a couple bucks that seals so you can drip the seafoam in while not opening the vacuum too much.

I should've looked for that. I ended up making 'Stang unhappy and she gave me the CEL. All good now. Seafoam woke her up good.

Seafoaming will not eat away any seals. Does anyone know how seafoaming a supercharged engine works?

A new issue has arisen. Last week i pulled all 8 plugs, cleaned them, and gave the engine the Seafoam treatment. Now she has an inconsistent miss and will sometimes stumble at WOT between 1500-3000. Did i make a boo boo or could it be something simple?
When SF is added to the fuel and left in there for a certain period would it have a negative effect on the fuel? I'm not prepared nor willing to shell out $90 on new plugs.

The porcelain insulator on one of the plugs may have cracked when they were pulled and reinstalled. A bad or improperly seated coil may also be the cause. Seafoam should not cause the problem.
If there's a CEL, then read it with your tuner. If you don't have a tuner, then Autozone will read it for free. That should tell you which cylinder is causing the miss, and you can first make sure that cylinder's coil is securely seated.
If it's seated ok, then check that cylinder's plug for an insulation crack.
If it looks ok, then swap coils with an adjacent cylinder. If the CEL cylinder # changes, then that cylinder's coil is probably bad. If the CEL cylinder # remains the same, then that cylinder's plug is probably bad.

Found the problem. I pulled the injector harnesses one by one until i got a consistent miss. Bad plug on #2. Replaced them and she runs like new.
Thanks for the advice guys.
