After installing an ipod adapter I have no power to the fan blower or climate contro *****.

Both were unplugged when pulling the radio. I checked and swapped fuses and still not working.

Any thoughts on what is wrong ?

First thing I'd do would be to pull the HU back out and check all the HVAC connections. Sounds kind of obvious, if you ask me.

I also installed an iPod intergration system in my stang and had the same problems. I thought I connected the HAVC wireing back up but when I rechecked they were not seated properly. Just pull all the pannels off and look to see if indeed you did reconnect the wiring harness properly.

tHEY ARE A REAL BIATCH TO GET BACK ON CORRECTLY.

Yes check the connectors. And if they are plugged in tightly, make sure all individual wires are in the connector tightly too.
