Missing Electronic package
How come there are just about every 2011 5.0 ltrs is coming out of the factory without the Navigation or the electronic package. Is there a known problem or is it because the engine noise makes the voice activation a worthless option.

Not many buyers will want to opt for the expensive nav and electronics packages. I know I wouldn't! It's a Mustang, not a Lexus.
BTW, MS Sync(voice activation) comes with the Premium package I think.

My premium GT does navigation without the electronics package :P
It's all done through Ford Sync and your bluetooth phone. If you want directions you just tell the car where you want to go, it connects to sync services and downloads the directions to your car. Pretty nifty, but not as good as a true navigation system.
I didn't get it to save the $$. And no, the car is not too loud to use voice activation, I use it all the time.

I got my GT without navigation because I knew I was only going to keep it for a few years so I didn't want to splurge on options. I'll more than likely be getting it on my next one. If you're on the fence, try it out before deciding one way or another.
