Should of asked for pics first, no matter how close the online community it is still anonymous, I would not of trusted "like new" because as you have seen it is open to interpretation, I have bought stuff that is used but works like new before and it has worked just fine. I have never bought anything online that is not from a place I can get a refund, like Ebay and such, only Amazon and the like because buying from an individual leaves you open to deceit and scams. I have seen way too many con artist to blindly trust what someone says, sorry for your paperweight broheim.

Not sure what YOU mean by "actually new", but let me ask you this. Does a listing classified as BRAND NEW, then stated at LIKE NEW, "NOT previously installed" = VERY used with dings, dents and wear patterns? AT WHAT POINT do you have to call them USED?! I mean, my god people... what's used? A molten pile of metal?
