Default Cheapest place to buy Mcleod Clutches? Are they THE BEST?

Dunno if I am going to replace my brand new SPEC 2+ or not.
I am going to have to do some serious thinking. My other threads explain why.

The only clutches I have not heard a negative comment about so far have been the Mcleod.
The others have been mixed.
I was wondering where is the cheapest place to buy them.

I dont know which I would get either.

I have about 315RWP and 308 trq.

My car will probably never see 500 on either.
I noticed SPEC's flywheels are diff than alot so I may have to buy a new dam flywheel as well.

If I do replace my new one I am going to need one that isn't going to give me strange damn noises
and will be street friendly.

Just pondering the exchange right now.
Dunno if I can afford it yet.

I had a customer that insisted I install a McLeod clutch on his Saleen Extreme and after I drove it I know why. Even with 512RWHP It took off 99.99% smooth compared to the normal clutch chatter with most HP clutches. Turns Saleen recommended he go with than rather then their OEM or another brand.

I have no idea about the new transmissions.

You could call or go to Mcleod's website to get info from them. The RST has without a doubt been the most succesful aftermarket clutch.

told you, the RST,though it is capable of much more then your going to run, from what I have heard everywhere else, is where its at as far as clutches go. Whenever I finally get around to replacing mine, this will probably be the route I go. But thats last on my list as for now.

Lethal Performance has them. Had no idea they cost so much. Mcleod 2011 Mustang RST Twin Disc Clutch Kit w/Aluminum Flywheel $1,124.90
