Default Control Arms

are the upper adustables necessary? Are the brackets necessary? I plan to lower car and it will be supercharged next year.

If you lower it then it's highly recommended. The relocation brackets will bring the pitch of the lower control arm back to ideal angle and the adjustable upper you can use to set proper pinion angle. C.H.E. makes the best parts and, they're are very price friendly if not the least expensive.

Thanks, how would you set pinion angle? Take to alignment shop? Is it necessary to get adjustable lowers? Sorry for all the q's and double post. I normally post in GENERAL.. went to look for post in tech did not see so repost

A drive on lift would be required to set pinion angle you want to be under the car but it must be at it's ride height. Adjustable lowers are NOT needed on any streetcar.
