Default What do I need for a Nitrous Motor build???

What is the most compression you can run with nitrous or can you go bigger??? What type of rods, pistons, crank, etc. do you need or just buy a kit from somewhere??? I know I am going to go with the FRPP CNC P/P Heads because they will work well with my Hot Rods.....I just need to know what type of internals would be best for a nitrous motor and how big of a shot can I run??? Also I am going to rebuild my transmission and put a bigger stall convertor probably a 3500-3800 stall so my tranny should be ok once I strengthen the internals of it...The build will start in November but, I need to start gathering parts for this build.....Please any input is welcomed....I am sure there is someone out there that knows which way I need to go....Thanks
