How to stop spark breakage?
I think I may have found a way to stop the carbon buildup on our spark plugs resulting in the breakage on removal.Read this www.toptiergas.com/ It seems common sense to me that if the buildup is prevented no broken plugs. I have a 2008 GT built in 07. It also makes me think that running a good engine cleaner through the engine before a plug change might help. I would pull my plugs in a minute but I can't afford to remove any broken plugs. I have like 15000 on my car and everything is good, so I figure I will switch to a high detergent gas and hope they come out when it is tune up time. Any thoughts?

If you're worried, I'd just pull them now and put the proper anti-seize on the electrode shields. With only 15,000 miles on the car, they should come out without any problems if you take your time. Once they're anti-seized, they come out pretty easily.

Top Tier fuel, in and of itself, will not help. Top-tier fuel is actually nothing more than a minimum requirement deal. Before the "Top Tier" standard came out several years ago, there were many fuel suppliers exceeding those requirements. Then came 2007-2008. Fuel prices went up, and refiners started cutting back to the minimum standards set to remain in Top Tier status. "This fuel meets minimum requirements". Thats all Top Tier means.
