Ford has THE WORSE customer service of any manufacturer!!! I see nothing has changed, Im an owner of the first year dreaded 6.0 diesel in an F350, they gave me the runaround too many times & replaced 3 turbos. Finally I took all emissions off (shhhhh) & fixed it myself. Runs good now! I love ford products, but their customer service, or lack of, is what hurts them! They need to step up immediately & get it taken care of at least to show us customers that they want us to be happy with their products.
