Default GTS-4 hood issues

I have 3 issues with my new GTS-4 hood, i'll do them in order or importance...

1.) fitment - the end of the hood is scrapping against my fenders! suggestions on how to bring the fenders out about 1/8th inch? pulling with my hands and wacking with a hammer (rubber mallet, covered the fender, did it safely) are not working unless I just need more elbow grease or to get a bigger friend to do it for me

2.) engine stall - are is pouring into my CAI way to fast, causing turbilance on my MAF and causing the car to stall. I'm going to try and work a piece o sheet metal to deflect the air to the top end of the cone to solve this issue!

3.) prop bar and hood pins - both are scratching/chipping away at the fiberglass! I'm thinking rubber covers for the hood pins and replacing the hood prop with the kind that are located towards the windshield (forget what they are called). I've read they will not fit aftermarket hoods though - is this true or just the company who makes them covering their own butt?

I really need help with 1 & 3, 2 has a few of it's own threads out and some planned fixes but any extra won't be ignored =) thanks guys!!

1. All the holes at the top of the fender are over size loosen them and pull the Fender out first before any beating.

2. Protect cone from direct air blast.

3. Shrink wrap the the rod for nice tight plastic cover.
