Default 0-60 guesstimates with this setup?

My Roushcharger install should be done Monday. Im going to mention anything that might change your guesstimates because who knows? Right?

2010 GT premium, glass roof option, MBRP mufflers, 4.10 Ford Racing gears, shaker 500, M90 roushcharger, 18" fan blade style wheels (these were on my 06) with 235/50/18 bridgestones.

The M90 advertises 435 HP and 400 lb ft of torque.

Elevation here is about 5500 ft, but if you present your estimates at normal close to sea level, Im cool with that, because everyone's car gets thinner air here so its still equal footing.

I've asked American Muscle for a tune (Xcal 3) but we need to wait until Roush returns the PCM in case they changed the code on it.

After this, my C&L CAI is going to go on the for sale boards and perhaps the X3 too if AM's tune doesnt bear any fruit.

I'm pumped about getting the car back on hopefully Monday and seeing what she'll do, but feel free to weigh in on your thoughts.

To anyone thinking about advice on brakes and suspension, yes, those are on the radar, but given the wife gave me permission to get this now I struck while the iron was hot. That other stuff is cheaper and can be done piecemeal over time like I did on my 06.

With the standard kit and canned tuned you will be probably in the 380 rwhp range. With the Bridgestones, it wil be difficult. Probably in the high 4s for 0-60.

that is roughly the same power as a 11-12 GT/boss stock. Mt got 3.9 on the boss with roll out. mid 4's id wager if you launch decently. tons of apps for figuring that sort of thing for iphone or andorid devices. actually 4.10 on the 5-speed you may be a bit longer than that since you have to shift before 60, assuming a manual. unless i overlooked i dont see if you are auto or stick.

Manual. And I must have the crappiest droid phone in the world because I've tried to time it and every app fails. GPS on it's okay with driving, but I guess its a good reason to upgrade my phone now.

PS. I can shift faster than an automatic. In fact I shift so fast, it's more like a CVT transmission where you're all like "WHAT? We're in fifth already?" Just kidding. My shifting sucks. I need to get some race training

Practice is defenitly what u will need b/c there hasnt been to many s197 beat me at the track. The auto's are much different than in the years past where owning one was a dog. I have had plenty of people tell me that there gonna kick my *** with there stick. I was laughing in the end. All in good fun for sure but its nice to beat a guy with that has a shelby and does nothing but trash talk

Dude you need tires. Those stockers aren't gonna cut it. I have 285's out back and they blow off real fast. At the track, MT ET Streets FTW.

The more power you have, the harder it is going to be to launch on street tires

So, I say a good 6.8 sec 0-60

jk

Maybe a 5.0 if you puppy it off the line. With drag radials, I'd say 4.5ish..

Quit worrying about brochure information and judge speed by track times. If you're going to join a car community... Commit.
