If you car is like mine was and came with 3.31s then 3.73 will be great. I went straight to 4.10s, they aren't bad, 2500 RPM @ 75 MPH.

You should def save for wheels/tires before doing any appearance mods... a world of difference in how the car handles and looks. the stock 255s are absolutely dismal for grip and handling and your planned mods will make this issue worse (but burnouts will be spectacular!)

Well when its time for new tires would 275s fit on my rims or should I just save up and get devoted drag wheels and tires?

Free 3.73's? Well heck yeah, that works fine in my book. You aint lost anything and it will be better then even 3.55's, so totally do it.

Sorry just read it was 50 bucks. Still, its only 50 bucks. Do it.

One more question... do the underdrive pulleys affect the tune at all? or would I have to retune after I install them?

I found out I have 3.31s. Will going to 3.73 make an exceptional difference?

Yes it will. 3.73s will be great for the street. You only need 4.10s if you go to the track often.
