Fog Lights

My fog lights went out on my 2010 GT and I was wanting to know how to get to and replace them, it looks really complicated.

Did they both go out? It's very unusual for a pair of bulbs to go out unless it is electrical or fuse related.

Its just one I checked the fuses and everything is good, I've been wanting to replace the bulbs anyway with some brighter ones
