Breenspeed said their cars with similar setups pull similar numbers. I think there are just to many dynos out there lying about these cars..380 stock?? that means only 5% drive train loss and that is impossible. Ford has had these vehicles certified to within 1% statistical gain or loss. I'm sure they know how to measure horsepower.
I believe it is Muscle Mustang and Fast Fords that did mods to the new 5.0, they bought the crate motor and it put down 448 at the crank right out of the box, so that is way more than the 1% Ford claims.

Are you manual or auto? If auto that would explain the additional drive train loss.

10.1 A/F is very rich, you should have adjusted that out with your tuner while you were on the dyno. It wouldn't suprise me to see an s197 run a 10.1 from the factory as ford tends to run them rich on purpose, but with a tune it's shocking, fix that and you'll see a jump in rwhp.

I'm running the 4.6 in my 05 but my dyno today was giving me an 11.2 A/F at WOT on every run. Aside from resonators for mufflers, I am stock

I've witnessed one put 384 hp on the dyno (can't remember the torque). Mine was weird because it dyno'd 364 hp and 381 tq. Just remember each car is differen't. Did you get a mail order tune? If you did, that is probably your problem. Pay to have someone tune it at the dyno. I saw someone that had nearly identical mods as you and put 356 rwhp (less than me stock). Getting your custome dyno tune will make a huge difference, I've seen it several times. It's just weird that it's running so rich, normally it's the other way around. Regardless a good tune should hopefully fix it.
