Strut Tower Brace on stock GT?
I purchased my 2012 Mustang GT w/ brembo brakes in April of 2012 (just after the release of the 2013's). My pony came with both the upper and lower strut tower braces. Last I checked, those weren't included with any packages. Anybody else find these nice little additions on their ponies?

Do you have pics? I'm not sure I undertand what you're referring to as I have a factory Strut Tower Brace for the GT that came another member's car (thanks Jason!)... I have no idea what a lower strut brace is... unless you meant rear strut brace..

No, not rear brace. Lower brace. It looks like this http://www.americanmuscle.com/frpp-lca-brace-0512.html
One of my buddies has a 2012 GT without the brembo package and his doesn't have any braces

Mine was a premium and it came with the lower brace, pretty sure all of them came with that brace since 07 now. Don't think there is anything special going on here, but sounds like your happy.
Found out today that v6 convertibles (09) do not come with a rear sway bar. Odd...

Yea my GT was one of the last 2012's they had as well. I bought it brand new. when I opened the hood on the lot I was surprised to see the braces staring back at me. Good surprise though! I guess it sounds like its nothing special in either case, with or without braces. who would have thunk it
