Default So planning on pulling the trigger

Due to a new job that greatly increased my income, I no longer have to dream, but I can make it a reality.

After exhaustive online research, I'm pretty sold on the Edelbrock E-Force. But a few questions that I can't seem to find the true answers for.

Do I need to retune my car to stock with my SCT first?

I allready have an SCT tuner (w/ Bama tunes for life). The E-Force comes with a canned tune and a predator tuner. Can I get bama to give me the same tune via SCT vs the DS?

I have Steeda CAI, the kit calls for stock airbox (with a modification). Can this be tuned via SCT?

Lastly, I have Pypes Violators Exhaust, while I don't believe this will cause much of an issue, I would assume this needs to be computed in as well.

Mainly I am looking to get this kit jan/feb, and install it some time during that time frame. I want to be able to drive it to a tuner and have it done (and not spend lots of $$ on towing). Preferably a tuner who can use SCT.

Comments and answers are welcome. Thanks in advance.

(Other notes: '07 Mustang GT, 52k miles, stock except for SCT tune, Steeda CAI and Pypes Violators)

Im sure bama can give you a base tune. For best results you would probably want to get it dyno tuned.

I think I would get it Dyno tuned as well. Brenspeed has been dealing with edelbrock for a long time now. They would be a good choice. Bama should be able to provide a tune for your sct. You should just call them. If u still have yout stock file on your computer I wouldn't worry about it. Is your car a stick or an auto

Thanks guys. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Of course, anyone know the best gauges and what should I really watch for with this setup? After that I'm thinking going to 8psi and dual fuel pumps...
