Default Spark Plug Removal, Great Success!

2006 GT, 48000km. Second owner from August 2012 - so likely unchanged.

Didnt break one!

My method:
Was about 0 degrees (C) outside, - warm engine up for 15 minutes.
Pull in garage, unplug injectors, unplug coils, unscrew coils and remove.
Blow out each plug hole with compressed air.
Spray each plug with Motorcraft Tune Up Cleaner, it foams and bubbles.
Waited 45 minutes, wicked a little liquid out with rolled up paper towel. (If you have a venturi vaccum with 1/8 or 1/4 inch clear tubing it would prove extremely helpful)
Crack tension from plug with torque wrench, turn 1/8 to 1/4 turn.
Spray in more Tune up cleaner, and wait 30 minutes.
Continue with TSB instructions; eg- loosen 1/4 turn if it gets sticky, tighten 1/8 turn. Then loosen 1/4 turn. I managed to not exceed 20 ft/lbs the entire time.
Wick some more of the liquified cleaner before plug becomes free (to minimize fluid leaking into cylinders).
The plug should be free! The rest is on you!
But maybe I got lucky, and the previous owner changed the plugs before I got the car.

Congratulations! Your plugs look very similar in carbon buildup condition to mine, only in one piece.
