Default Fuse Panel

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but here you go anyway. While tuning my 06 with xcal, the instructions say to remove the fuel pump and electric fan fuses prior to installing the tune. Where the hell is the fuse panel? I looked for it but could not find it. I may have had a few to many... Am I just stupid?

Anyway I could not find it, so I uploaded the tune anyway... Will this cause problems? Where is the fuse panel?

It's under the hood on the front left. It is a rectangular box

The reason they suggest removing the fuses is b/c they do not want the battery to die during an upload. This would pose serious problems since the car would not start with a partial tune.

I did it without removing anything. I upload takes less than 5 minutes i can't believe they really think the battery would go dead in 5 minutes. I even raise and lower my vert top with the car off. Battery..fine.

im sure they were just thinking "in the worst case scenario". if the battery were to go dead...you'd be screwed
