Throttle response questions......
I've used my 2012 Fusion AND 2014 Flex at the track and throttle response is almost non existent. Hopefully, the Coyote 5.0 (which is what I'm looking to buy) has a better record. Can these drive by wire THROTTLE controls be tweaked to EQUAL a Holley double pumper carb. Is the computer re-programmable to speed up engine response and work as good as my bracket racer with Holley carb?

Short answer is yes.
Longer answer is throttle today has many things that it intersects with, ABS, SC/TC, rev limiter, engine management, transmission strategy, etc. So, the performance can be variable depending on the circumstances.
However, any decent tune turns the throttle response way up and removes the factory delay programmed in for idiots out there.

Absolutely as said above. Also when you get your tune make sure you list all performance parts. The can really fine tune it when they know exactly what you have. The tune is night and day on the drive by wire cars.
