Default Raptor shift light

Has anyone been able to get a Raptor shift light to work with a Gen 1 Coyote engine. They use the White with Violet stripe ground wire to the no. 1 coil as a tach signal. I have tried to get it to work with their vers 2.5 and 2.3 software. So far, no luck. Shift light goes through its start up routine and then after a few seconds the light comes on solid. According to Autometer the Coyote has no tach signal and they have a tach adapter which reads the pulses from the purple power wire side of the coil to create a tach signal. How have you guys hooked up a shift light?

Found out Raptor will not work on Coyote engine as it picks up signal on ground side of coil pack. Had to buy Autometer tach signal adapter and Sniper shift light to get a working shift light.
