Is there a kit available to move the windshield wash sprayers from the hood down into the cowl area?

lol, I was half expecting to read something about LED washer nozzles.

I haven't seen any kits that move the nozzles to the cowl, but I haven't seen that on any car. Probably creates a bad angle for the stream under certain conditions.
