i have the bassani x pipe on my 05 GT and was thinkin about getting the 2005 Flowmaster Back Half Kit w/ 4" Logo Embossed Stainless Steel Tips (alot cheaper than the bassani ones), anyone done it? Will it sound good? or would it be best to save up for the bassani mufflers?

any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Are you meaning axlebacks? I know the axlebacks are about 289.00 dollars? Anyway they are not as loud as most but louder than stock. Performance wise all axlebacks are about the same in performance in my opinion. Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear.

You can go with the Flowmaster axle back, it should sound pretty good. Dont really know of any full catback exhaust for the 05-06 stangs. I always here about the axle back systems.

You've heard of the Y pipe.. the X pipe.. the H pipe.. nothing can touch the O pipe!!! It provides 100% back pressure feedback on ALL engines!! Torque increase and kuneutson valve float brings in much lower revs so you don't hurt your motor! Not CARB Legal. Please specify standard or polished finish. Product shown is dual input O-Pipe with standard finish.

I have them. I love the sound. Really deep and no drone while on the road.

I have those ones. Last week I installed my off-road X-Pipe and it got to loud for my taste. I removed the Flows and re-installed the factory mufflers. I might sell the flows but I don't want to mess with the shipping and all that stuff so I will just sell them to someone local in the Tampa area. PM me for a price if interested and live in Tampa.
