ok i have a question now. is the new bbk intake going to be like the fr500 intake just for the 2 valves? i heard it has runners in it just like the fr500. if it does im lookin in to gettin one bad.

Ok, Ive always wondered what a built 4V would put out hp wise. I wanted to do a 4V swap in my gt down the road. I know its really expensive but whatever. Im thinkin about a forged shortblock (aluminum block) mabye 11.0-11.5:1 c.r., ported heads by VT with bigger valves,etc., stage 3 VT cams, FR500 intake, longtubes, basically a bulletproof motor with all the goodies...what kind of numbers would something like that be putting down? Is it much more than a 2V with the same things done?

 

depending upon if you go Big Bore, Stroker, or both and what cams you use you should see anywhere from 410rwhp-480rwhp N/A.

I havent seen Machwon in quite some time! He use to have a thread going awhile back about all the mods he'd do and update that page...

 

Pretty sure he ended up selling that FR500 intake.
