c'mon, sweet. The list covers it.[&:]

unless you want to buy my set of black FR500's for $1,200 shipped. (But then again, you said you'e let him pick the rims.)
just ask him if he likes black FR's. If he says yes, send me a PM and we're cooking with gas.

But for real, get the gears and then the long tubes. Do you have emissions where you and this lucky guy live??

lookings at the gears now...................

We live in Texas so we do have emission laws. I have already done the X-Pipe and Flowmaster Super 44's for exhaust - where does the long tube pipes fit in?

ok so when looking at the gears, they ask if you need installation kits...kit 1, kit 2, kit 3 - what the heck are these, do I need them...

and when ordering the gear for 4:10 - it's just that one gear - right

Where in TX are you? If you are near the DFW area have Gearheads in arlington do the gears. They had a special not too long ago for gears. It was like $280 for the gears installed. That included the gears, install kit, lube, and install.

I am in the Dallas Area - I called Gearheads.........$375 out the door for installation on the 4.10 gears - seems it was $195 to order them online - so does that sounds like a good price?

Gearheads is definitely a good place from personal experience. They installed the 3.55 gears I have in my 04 Mach now when I fried the one's I had. lol The price is better with those guys than you'll get else where I think. Texas Hot Rods wanted almost $500 to order/replace my 3.55's.

Good, GAWD! $375 out the door is GREAT!!! do that and go with 4.10's. I had 4.10's on my 03 5-spd, and I had a buddy with a stock geared Mach and we swapped rides for a run- the difference was UNBELIEVABLE!!! NO COMPARISON!

If they'll do gears for $375, do that and do it next. Get us up to speed on what you have done, and we'll help you track the next mod. If you're in the DFW area, Dallas Mustangs is up there and will help your hubby tune it once it's done. They'll also do the header install.

One thing about that, the long tubeheaders replace the stock manifold PLUS the mid-pipe.I've seen catted mid-pipes for long tubes, but they're a little pricey. Since you have emissions in Tejas, you might skip the long tube headers. On a Mach, by many accounts the stock manifolds are good to 600+HP, so unless you are REALLY looking for every last horse, I'd skip the long tube header route, especially since you have emissions - it would suck MAJOR @SS if you spent all that jack on the headers only to find out come inspection time that it set off the sniffer. MAJOR [:@]

Do you have a JLT ram air intake yet? Once the intake spacer is on, I think I'd make that next. With either an SCT or a Diablo handheld, you'd be one trip to the dyno at DM from about 310 RWHP.
