I use the Redline D4 ATF and it smoothed out the shifts a lot and second gear doesn't grind when it's cold out anymore. Moble 1, Amsoil & Royal Purple are good choices too. Anything that is a really good synthetic oil should treat you good!

whats the easiest way to fill the trany with the gear fluid? the fill hole looks like a pain to get to.

Royal Purple is a great product...improved the shifting on my friends V6 like woah!!

The guys from DynoTuned Performance put Synchromesh synthetic in the TKO I've got.. 1st and 2nd seem to be ok though.. Do you guys think dropping the fluid by say 1/2 a liter would smooth it out some?
