sorry dude, 400rwhp and maintianing decent mpgs is a tall task...and VERY VERY expensive.
i might can get you close though.
ford gt cams -1200
Rai -220
intake spacer -100 (royC)
headers -500-700
mid pipe back -70-250 (used works just as well
port and polish on the heads-1500-2000 ( i reccommend Nazman)

TB spacer ???
Tune/Tuner 500-700
thats all i can think of, and it should net your close to 340-350rwhp (guestimation not 100% sure)

I would just go FI or spray. It is hard for a lot of modern engines to gain tons of power NA except for maybe the LS series of engines.
Stock Machs will put down anywhere from 265-290 depending on a lot of things. With boost or spray it will be much easier and you can still maintain your gas mileage.

like they are all saying boost or spray is about the only way to do it and keep it streetable as a daily just get spray and you will still have the normal driving abilty you have now when its not on then you have the extra 100hp when you need it
