I have 3 answers.

1. Yes
2. No. Imagine you are running on wet grass. Try running as fast as you can with tennis shoes. You will slip. Now try running with soccer cleats. Thats the difference.
3. Yes. You will notice the UDP more. FYI, UDP does not give horsepower. It just releses parasitic loss. It makes it lighter freeing up HP.

4. A cheaper route for a TB look at the BBK 78mm. Its a TB/ Plenum combo. Its $280
