best suspension mods for 18" rims

Default best suspension mods for 18" rims
my plans are to get 18" inch rims, and am pretty much clueless on what to do for suspension? Can I just get springs or do I have to get more than that?

you dont have to change anything the tires on the 18s will have a smaller sidewall so the tire rim combo will be very close to the same size as the 17s you have on right now. if you want to change your ride height you can get springs but the new rims will not change it
