Default Isolators???????

My Eibach Prokits have settled alot so I'm putting isos back in. They've settled so much that the tires are showing inside wear even with the camber maxed on my J&M c/c plates. Do aftermarket isolators such as BBK have any benefit over the stock ones I still have? In a nutshell...are they worth the $? Thx.
