Shifter/shifting question

Yes yes haha its stomped to the floor. I've made sure. I do hear a little noise when the clutch is to the floor from what I think is the throwout bearing... would that be right? Could that cause some 'sticky' shifting?

yes if there is a faulty or messed up ToB it won't shift right.

I have a mgw shifter which I plan on adjusting tomorrow and I'm praying that a tight fork has been the problem the whole time...

could the shifter have been installed wrong?

Don't believe so, its only at high rpms so I'm thinking its gotta be a tob or a synchro. Ill post my results from the strip tomorrow night. Btw, are you still in the Corps?

yeah it's got to be of of those then...and yes i am, bu for a very short amount of time... a nerve disease among other things earns you a discharge. packet is in review now

I have the stock shifter and except when my trans was bad I havent had any problems, I shift my car at like 6500 (pretty regularly) and all gears go right in
