Default Heads and Cams?

What's a nice head/cam setup for our cars?

It depends on what you have plan for the car. Drag racing, Street and Strip, or just Street. Me for example my car is strictly drag racing so i have fully ported heads and custom built Lunati Cams. To get the most out of it you will need injectors.

you already have the best heads you can get. porting would be a good idea. as for cams do some research and pick what fits you goals and wallet. comps cams 406100's are pry the best bang for the buck of aftermarket cams you dont need to replace the valve springs. but if you want more than about 380hp you need to go forced induction,NO2 or bore and stroked.

Ported stock heads, 106100 cams and a ported intake are a great start. Keeps driveability but makes very good power.

My goal is a fun street car that will see the strip a little bit. Ultimately, I plan to FI it. Whether it's a blower or N02 I have not decided quite yet.
