Recently I bought a 04 4.6LV8 32V Mach 1, I had to get used to the clutch at first because this was my first heavy clutch car, and no I never stalled it. Here in West Virginia its about 35/55 degrees and the car makes this weird whining noise from the tranny. Especially in lower gears , like in 1st gear you accelerate to 2500-3000 rpm and you can hear it whine all the way up, then when you shift into 2nd and 3rd its almost not noticeable, but always is in 1st. While in 4th and 5th if you press the gas pedal to floor you here the engine accelerating but then the car starts to shake and clunk , only when accelerating. Any Ideas what issue this is, I'm thinking maybe a throw-out bearing is causing the whining.
