Default P2195 stuck on lean

Hey everyone, just bought an 04 Mach 1. 101k on it. I threw a p2195 stuck on lean b1s1 last week. Has bbl LtH, o/r h pipe, slp loud mouth and a cai. Replaced the o2 sensor. It DOES have o2 extenders on B1s1. It idles fine, runs fine, and I can’t find any vacuum leaks. Checked the pcv valve too. Seems functional. Doesn’t leak any oil and isn’t stuck. Anyone have any ideas? Next step is cleaning the MAF, checking ltft and stft. Any help would be great!

LTFT and STFT will give you a better idea of what's going on but I'm going to guess they will be very high on the (+) side because you have an aftermarket intake without a proper tune and most likely other unsupported mods.

Not sure why someone would install a CAI on a MACH 1. It basically make the shaker intake useless which in my opinion works better than a CAI.

Yeah, that's what I have been reading about the CAI. I do have the original intake so I could reinstall it. Hopefully I will be able to datalog it this weekend and get a better glimpse. I was thinking that the o2 extender on B1S1 could be bad, I have read that there can be issues with them.
