Default Rebuilding The Engine Harness - 2003 Mach 1

During the process of replacing the tubing on the harness I have found that the left circled connector in the below pic attaches somewhere close to the starter. The right circled connector I found zip tied/tucked to the harness. It is missing the gray plastic houseing that the left has. Also it has 12v when the key is in the run position.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where this wire should be connected?

allData has connector views. Sometimes it has them all, sometimes it don't. Maybe try that if no-one can help you... Below is an example of what they show.

just looking at it, those might hook up to the noise filters. The filters are usually bolted on somewhere close to the ignition coils to suppress interference.
