From the initial research I just did it looks like the only difference between the 2 is the SF3 comes with tunes from SCT, as well as holds the 3 custom ones. The X3 is usually used by tuners because its a blank slate, ready for 3 files.

No difference really, just make sure you don't load up the "value" files by accident

Chris Rose made an "idiot proof" video on how to load it (on an SF3) so if i mess up, then im a certified moron haha...i kinda wanna drive out to PA and get it haha

update * checked the tracking number this morning and my JLT CAI and SF3 tuner left the warehouse yesterday and will arrive TOMORROW!!!! i can't believe its only gonna take two days for me to receive it
