Bought yet another stang...

Haha! Great to see you have come back to the fold. I still have the locking gas cap you gave me if you want it. That can be your second mod. I just sold the mufflers and went with muffler deletes so Im loud as heck. You can probably hear me at your house.
Do you still have the gokart? (cooper)
Lastly, if you run Escort radar's, I'm on Escort Live and I know there's at least one other person running down 70 posting speed traps esp. near CO Mills.

Hey man whats going on! Think I'm going to go with the Roush mufflers on this one, they have great reviews.
That MINI turned out to be a f'ing nightmare (what a shocker, lol). I owned it for a total of 4 months, 2500 miles, and it was in the shop 3x. Blew a thermostat once, and then I kept taking it back for this "super knock" condition where if you rolled slowly onto the gas going up a hill, the thing would have a spasm as the turbo kicked in (clearly had a crappy factory tune). They kept blaming me for putting in "bad gas", when I had been using only Shell or Conoco Premium. That car was a blast in the twisties -- when it worked right. The only plus was I got only $1500 less than I owed on it when I sold the thing, so at least it wasn't tragic. Last German car for me. Just been giving the 5.0s time to "bake" and the aftermarket to catch up, and finally jumped on it when the 13s hit the lot so I could get a good deal.
You actually some sort of local Mustang club president, or is that a self-inflicted title? lol I used to go to meets and stuff with local car clubs, but haven't for several years...

Well, its been a while guys. I must say, not having a Mustang in the garage for over a year was not all that great, lol. Its good to be "back".
Picked up a 2012 Kona Blue GT Premium with the Stone leather interior (looks like tan to me, but hey). Its a 6-speed. Bought it for invoice - $3k rebate. They had a red 2013 there, but wasn't feeling the body changes, and the deal was nowhere near as good. Not much else to report, these are "old hat" around here for you guys. The 5.0 is nice, seems to have pretty good power in stock form as compared the the multiple 4.6's I had. I don't plan to mod this one anywhere near the others I had. Was thinking I'll eventually get a Bama tuner from AM and call it a day. Nice ride!

Great Pick up! The Kona blue is a beautiful color. The New coyote motor is an amazing machine, I understand why you are only interested in a tune!
On our 11' & 12's once installing a tune we noticed that it really "woke up". Throttle response was much better and it just felt like it was utilizing all the power it has!
Hit me up if you have any questions about our Bama tunes!
