Hmm I have the GT takeoffs and really like them, but have been thinking about changing for something a little louder and like the SLPs from the videos I've seen. I'll have to keep an eye out for a cheap set sometime.

Good luck with the car

Happy to see you got it back. Congrats. I like the new wheels, but I love the Bullitt style you had. But the black trim looks good with the white paint. Looks like a good job.

Looks really good! Loving the new rims, really makes the contrast with the white paint, but I would suggest getting that door trim guard thing removed, just a personal taste thing. But, I feel it ruins the cars sleek lines. But anyway, congrats on the new rims!

How do you get those door moldings off? Fishing line? Heat?

DO NOT use fishing line to get those off, its not like removing a dealer sticker/emblem. Its pretty well stuck on there-trust me. I haven't tried it on anyones mustang, but on my old camry it left residue/paint fade lines/scratches when I used the heat and fishing line. And goo-gone doesn't really help. Keep in mind this was with a different car, so you *MAY* have a different outcome, but I WOULD NOT recommend trying this on your own, if possible get it professionally done or by a handy friend. Sorry if I was misleading when I suggested removing it, but the unfortunate fact is that its not an easy or clean removal from my limited experience.
Perhaps others who have tried this can chime in?

glad to see you have it back. To bad its getting cold out, and most likely snow within the next week. Hopefully mine will be hidden away by then.

We wanna do a nice Mass cruise at the start of spring, so dont lend your car out to anybody before then

i havent really kept you guys updated. The day i got it back i went to open the passenger side door and the outside handle got stuck in the "out" position. Then from the inside you had to give it a real hard push to get it open. Then i drove down to class which is about 45 minutes away. The car was making some real funny noises in the back right of the car, sounds that it has never made before. So i called the body shop, and i brought it back to them. Come to find out my whole rear axel is bent! HOW DID FORD MISS THAT WHEN THEY WERE DOING THE 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT????
