I have a 94 stang stock v6 3.8 and I am wanting to swap to a 5.0 v8 carbureted from 1991 gt. It has GT-40 heads, ford racing intake, b303 cam with a holley 600 carb. I know I will be needing a different k member and motor mounts along with radiator fuel pump and lines, and fuel pressure regulator. im also getting the T-5 trans. I was wondering if there was anything I needed to know specifically about what to do or any different parts im am going to need to get it done and get it right. This will be my first motor swap with good help but I wanted an outside input and feedback of what to know and be aware of so I don't get stumped.

I was hoping to see more replies to your thread. I also have a 94 V-6 rag top that's in great shape, I'm just not thrilled with the V6. I always think about dropping in a decent 5.0, probably stay with an automatic trans.
