Hey everyone, im new here. First post. Im currently planning a full modification of my 05 town car. Its a 3v 4.6, which I want to supercharge after a rebuild. I want this car to be as unassuming as possible when its done. I have a list of things I would like to it to include in the build, two of which I need some pointers on. The first is boost. Supercharger or turbo? I'd prefer a supercharger, but I'm not sure if it'll fit under the hood, whats affordable, and whats a good choice. The second is a manual swap. I can't think of another vehicle remotely similar that would have some compatable parts I could build off from. I've manual swapped a few vehicles in the past, but I always had a factory manual parts vehicle to pull from. Any advice? Thanks.

 

Town Car never came with the 3v, they were only offered with the 2v. A supercharger could fit but it would have to be like a Procharger or Vortech. Manual swap is possible, I looked into it when I was considered getting a crown vic for a daily.
