Default steering questions

I'm restoring a '66 mustang right now and may sell it to get a II when I'm done. I've noticed on the 66 though the turning radius is awfully bad, and was wondering how good it is in these. We have a '76 pinto that turns like a normal car would, is it the same as that?. The '66 has been compared to a Ford 150 or 250 extended cab. I plan on using it as a daily driver in the summer so I want it to be easily maneuverable. Also, anyone got an tips for hotrodding a V6 or can't you do that?

I find the turning radius is pretty good. I was impressed first time I tried.

Not sure if you've ever driven a pinto but is it the same as that?
